Todd Mall Activity Permit - NT - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to conduct any of the following activities in the Todd Mall:

distribute handbills or printed matter
sell or advertise goods or services for sale
perform or offer entertainment
paint, draw, take photo or film of person or thing for commercial purposes
address assembled persons
bring an animal into the Mall for commercial activities, such as horse rides
erect or install a post, rail, fence, pole, tent, booth, furniture, stand, display, exhibition, decoration, sign or other structure
remove or displace a barrier, railing, post, seat or other structure for maintenance purposes.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this permit you must hold public liability insurance ($10 million minimum).
