Tour Operator Permit - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this permit if you intend to operate a tour business in parks and reserves in the Northern Territory. This permit is required for tours, guided walks and camping. All permits will be subject to specified conditions.

  • public liability insurance including personal injury, death and property damage for at least $20,000,000
  • workers compensation insurance
  • insurance sufficient to cover the property owned or used by the applicant in connection with the applicant's activities on any park or reserve.
