You will need to comply with this code if you are involved in the operation of domestic commercial vessels. A commercial vessel is one used in the course of any business or commercial transaction. This includes any Government vessel other than one that belongs to an arm of the Defence Force. The code provides standards for the design, construction and operation of domestic commercial vessels.
