Water Supply and Sewerage Services Licence - Northern Territory

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to own or operate water supply service or sewerage services in a licence area. Licence areas are limited to one single licence per area.

For each water supply or sewerage service within a licence area, the regulator may only grant a single licence for each of the relevant services provided. The regulator is not empowered to issue licences for service provision that takes place outside a water or sewerage licence area.

Licence holders must lodge an annual return and pay a licence fee each year.
