Aircraft operations licence - Gold Coast City Council - QLD - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this licence to undertake temporary aircraft operations within your local council area. This includes the operation of the following:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

You will not require a licence if the:

aircraft operations are undertaken at an airport or public aerodrome
aircraft operation is providing rescue, medical treatment or a fire fighting service
landing of the aircraft is a result of a medical or other emergency on board the aircraft
the aircraft operation is not a temporary use.

You will need to ensure you have a public liability insurance certificate prior to submitting your application.
