Submit a completed application form and required fees to the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority (PLA).
The application kit, which includes application forms and a guide booklet, is available by contacting the authority, or from their website.
As an applicant for a Brothel licence you are subject to extensive vetting and you should expect that the process will take some time to complete.
Other fees may apply. Please contact the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority, or refer to Schedule 2 of the Prostitution Regulation 2000 for more comprehensive information regarding fees.
As an applicant you will be interviewed personally during the vetting process and will be required to attend a police establishment and/or the Office of the Prostitution Licensing Authority to have your fingerprints taken. The authority will refuse to consider your application if you do not consent to providing these identifying particulars.
You will be asked to supply further information in support of your application, including information about family members and business associates. If you fail to provide such information, you will be deemed to have withdrawn the application.
