To be eligible for this licence, you will need to meet the appropriate:
- technical requirements
- experience requirements
- suitability criteria - as part of the approval process, you will be subject to a criminal history check.
Criminal history reports issued directly to applicants by the Queensland Police Service (QPS) will not be accepted as part of your approved examiner application: you are required to pay the department's criminal history check fee, and they will obtain the check on your behalf.
If you do not meet the technical qualifications, you may be able to obtain one through recognition of prior learning (RPL) by a registered training organisation (RTO).
