You must ensure that you have at least one approved examiner associated with your AIS. Your fixed AIS and mobile AIS will be audited by department officers.
All nominees, directors/AIS approval holders must pay for a criminal history check to be undertaken by the department. If the check returns positive results, these will be assessed against the department's Suitable Person Policy.
