Approval to deposit or dispose of waste - South Burnett Regional Council - Queensland

Description

You will need this approval if you intend to deposit or dispose of waste that you have produced on your premises. 

Waste covered by this approval is divided into three categories:

  • commercial waste - produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of a commercial premises
  • domestic waste - produced as a result of the ordinary use or occupation of domestic premises
  • recyclable waste - clean and inoffensive waste that is declared by the local council to be recyclable.

On issuing your approval, your local council may impose conditions regarding the location and / or method of the deposit or disposal of waste.
