Development approvals are not transferable.

Portable advertising signs comes under Subordinate Local Law 1.2 (Commercial Use of Local Government Controlled Areas and Roads) from 1 January 2012.

You can obtain this permit by completing an "Application for Commercial Use of Roads Permit".
