Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) provider licence - Queensland

Description

You will need this licence if you intend to provide Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) services. ART services include:

  • an ART procedure
  • the storage of gametes or embryos for use in an ART procedure
  • obtaining a gamete from a gamete provider for use in an ART procedure.

An ART procedure means any medical treatment or procedure intended to procure pregnancy in a woman, including artificial insemination, in-vitro fertilisation, gamete intrafallopian transfer and any related treatment or procedure.
