You will need to take out a public liability insurance policy for the amount required by your local council and name them as an interested party.
To carry out busking activities you must ensure that you do not:
- cause damage to any council property
- unreasonably interfere with residential amenity
- unreasonably interfere with the interests of commercial operators in the vicinity of the busking activity.
Some instruments may be prohibited under council local law.
