Description

You will need this approval to operate a camping ground or caravan park. For example, if you are operating a facility that provides the use of an area of land for accommodation in any of the following:

  • cabins
  • caravans
  • tent or other structure that can be readily assembled and disassembled
  • relocatable home.

To receive this approval, you must ensure:

  • you will operate in a way that will not cause nuisance, inconvenience or annoyance to the occupiers of adjoining land or cause environmental harm

  • you have taken out public liability insurance
  • the operation and management of the caravan park / camping ground will comply with council local laws.
