Description

You will need this permit if you intend to carry out operational work that involves the clearing of protected native vegetation on freehold, Indigenous or State land.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for this permit, you must:

  • be the landholder, or have the written approval of the landholder, of the land the plant is located on
  • be able to identify all threatened or near-threatened plants in the clearing impact area and demonstrate that the clearing is not likely to adversely affect the plants' survival in the wild
  • be a suitable person who has not been convicted of a wildlife related offence in the past three years.
