Code of practice about domestic fowl - Queensland

Description

You must comply with this code if you are responsible for the management and welfare of domestic fowl. This code contains standards and guidelines to provide minimum acceptable outcomes of animal welfare for domestic fowl.

The code promotes agreed animal welfare outcomes for domestic fowl by defining acceptable requirements for habitats, food, water and inspection practices, and encourages considerate and efficient treatment and handling of fowl in all types of production systems.
