Code of practice for the concrete batching industry - Queensland

Description

This code is a voluntarily adopted standard for the concrete batching industry. Concrete batching consists of producing concrete or concrete products by mixing cement and secondary cementitious materials with sand, rock, aggregate or other similar materials, including recycled aggregates and water.

Compliance with this code provides the operator with a defence against a charge of unlawfully causing environmental harm and several other charges to the extent the code is relevant.
