To apply for a detached bottle shop you must submit the following to the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR):

Note: Applications for detached bottle shops take at least 3-5 months to process, longer if there are public objections. Applicants should be aware that lodgement of the application is no guarantee that the licence will be granted.
If the bottle shop does not commence trading within 90 days of the approval date, the approval will lapse and a new application will be required.
Once your licence is granted you can pay your annual fees and manage your details using OLGR's client portal.
Annual fees are payable by 31 July each year. If 31 July is not a business day, then the next business day will be the due date. Fees must be paid by the due date or the licence will be automatically suspended, and then cancelled after 28 days if the fee remains outstanding.
