To be eligible for this permit you will need to meet a range of requirements outlined by the Agency, including your technical qualifications, financial resources and proposals for work and expenditure.
An appropriate resource authority is also required before you can conduct any exploration or production activity for petroleum and gas in Queensland.
You will also need the appropriate environmental authority and any native title requirements addressed before an authority can be granted.
