Outdoor dining / footpath trading permit - Gold Coast City Council - QLD - Australian Business Licence and Information Service

Description

You will need this permit to use the public footpath for outdoor dining or to sell goods or services.

This may include placing tables, chairs or other items on the footpath outside your premises.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this permit, you may need to:

obtain planning and / or building approval
hold public liability insurance to a value determined by your council or authority.

Apply	Application	All	-	You may be required to pay a bond. Bonds that may be required for structures, devices or electrical installations will be determined at the time of initial assessment.
