- regulated substances - S2, S3, S4, S7, S8, S9, S10 substances for non-therapeutic use
- authorised biosecurity and nature conservation officers
- commercial baiting
- cyanide
- research, analysis and teaching at university
- research and analysis at a commercial laboratory
- manufactured low-risk fluoroacetic acid baits
- restricted S7 poison state and local government entity
- landholders.
