General construction induction card - Queensland


All people doing construction work in Queensland must successfully complete a recognised general construction induction course before they start work in any construction activity.

These courses must be conducted by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to be recognised by Queensland law.

When a person successfully completes the course the RTO will issue a general construction induction card to them.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
