To be eligible for this licence, you must:
- be 18 years or older
- not be insolvent or under administration.
- not have been convicted of a disqualifying offence in the past 5 years
- not have held a brothel licence or approved manager licence in the past 5 years.
Your corporation is not eligible for a licence if:
- it is under external administration
- has been convicted of a disqualifying offence in the past 5 years
- any associated person of the corporation is not eligible.
You must undergo a criminal history check to confirm their suitability. The criminal history check applies to each person for whom a date and place of birth are requested on the application form.
