You will need to comply with this code if you use machinery, equipment, appliance, container, implement and tool classified as 'plant' (e.g. lifts, cranes, computers, machinery, conveyors, forklifts, vehicles, power tools and amusement devices).

This code provides practical guidance on how to comply with your work health and safety duties, including effective ways to identify and manage risks.

You will either need to comply with this code or an alternative method that sets an equivalent or higher standard of work health and safety.
