You will need to provide a listing if your business uses the word 'architect' or 'architects' in the business name or the description of the services you offer. You must lodge and keep current a 'Section 141A Notice' with the Board of Architects of Queensland.
A change notice must be provided to the Board within 21 days after a change in the business name, business address or telephone number, the places at which the business provides architectural services using an architect or in the architects responsible for carrying out architectural services for the business at a place.
