To be eligible for this licence, you must:
- provide a declaration of assessment for site environments
- obtain a statutory declaration from your employer stating that your employer believes you are competent to fumigate the selected environments
- hold the relevant qualifications for the endorsement/s sought - see the 'Departmental standard - competency requirements' in resources for further information.
If you are an interstate applicant, you may be eligible to apply through mutual recognition.
