Temporary emissions licence - Queensland

Description

You will need this licence to temporarily release a contaminant into the environment in response to an applicable event.

Applicable events are events, either natural (such as floods or bushfires) or caused by sabotage, that were not foreseen or had a low probability of occuring when particular conditions were imposed on an environmental approval or transitional environmental program.
