Description

You will need this licence to perform a controlled activity within a port area. A controlled activity includes the following:

operating a tug service
operating a refuelling facility
burning, riveting, spray-painting, sand blasting or welding, in relation to a ship.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
