complete your application for registration, you must submit a bound,
professionally presented and comprehensive report of work you have personally
undertaken in each of the following areas:
- Multi tenanted income
- Income producing or
- Other reports, preferably not
from the previous categories.
valuations must be no more than 6 months old from the time of lodgement. Field
and working notes must accompany each valuation.
the Guidelines for Registration as a Valuer in Queensland, available from the
Valuers Registration Board.
be interviewed by the Board before approval is granted.
