A category 3 game is a game, other than bingo, with gross proceeds over $50,000. Category 3 games include art unions or Calcutta sweeps.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
Only an eligible incorporated not-for-profit association can conduct a category 3 game.
