Accreditation of a Business for an Interstate Certification Assurance (ICA)/Compliance Arrangement (CA) - South Australia

Description

Interstate Certification Assurance or ICA is a national accreditation scheme based upon quality assurance principles, that accredits a business (grower etc) to operate an ICA Arrangement and issue their own Plant Health Certification (PHAC???s) for exporting produce to other States.

These PHAC???s issued by ICA Businesses have the same legal force/value as Plant Health Certificates (PHC???s) issued by PIRSA Government Inspectors.
