The following practitioners require accreditation:
- building professionals who are involved in assessing and providing advice on building consent applications (building certifiers)
- planning professionals who are involved in assessing development applications
- surveyors who are acting as relevant authorities for planning and land division consent
- allied professionals who are members of assessment panels, including architects, lawyers, urban designers, engineers and landscape architects.
