Description

You must ensure that each person who becomes a designated person under the casino licence is approved by the agency.

A designated person is:

  • a director of a licensed casino
  • an executive officer of a licensed casino
  • a person employed in an executive capacity in business operations under a casino licence
  • a person or class of persons designated by the agency.
