Description

You must ensure that each person who becomes a designated person under the casino licence is approved by the agency.

A designated person is:

a director of a licensed casino
an executive officer of a licensed casino
a person employed in an executive capacity in business operations under a casino licence
a person or class of persons designated by the agency.

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this approval you must be the casino licence holder.
