Description

You will need this licence to conduct activities on Council land, parklands, reserves, rivers, lakes or foreshores.

The types of activities include, but are not limited to:

  • hiring parklands, reserves or lakes
  • driving vehicles
  • operating kite buggies
  • sporting activities
  • petrol station pumps
  • conducting petitions and surveys
  • any other form of commercial function, display or exhibition.

To be eligible, you will need a minimum of $10,000,000.00 (ten million) dollars public liability insurance.
