Description

Council approval is required to conduct commercial activities on Council parklands, reserves, rivers or lakes. Approval is required to use or construct pontoons, hire parklands, reserves or lakes, moor boats at marinas, train horses or dogs on foreshores or reserves, conduct weddings, take photographs, films or videos, operate a wind surfer, parasailing, bicycle, boat hire or other hire business, conduct yachting, swimming or other recreational lessons or to undertake any other form of commercial function, display or exhibition.

Ovals: $250 per day (wtih $306 refundable bond
Warland Reserve: $298 per day (with $300 refundable bond)
