Approval to Graze or Drove Animals on Roadsides - District Council of Lower Eyre Peninsula - South Australia

Description

You will need this approval to cause or allow an animal to stray onto, move over, graze or be left unattended on any Council land. This includes allowing animals to enter, swim, bathe or remain in any Council-controlled waters, as well as to lead, drive or exercise an animal in a matter which causes a nuisance or endangers the safety of another person.

You may be required to ensure your animal/s are under effective control at all times. To ensure they are under effective control, your animal(s) must be constrained through a physical restraint or through command where you are in proximity to your animal(s).
