Description

You will need this approval to cause or allow an animal to stray onto, move over, graze or be left unattended on any Council land. This includes allowing animals to enter, swim, bathe or remain in any Council-controlled waters, as well as to lead, drive or exercise an animal in a manner which causes a nuisance or endangers the safety of another person.
