You will need this compliance certificate where essential safety provisions have been installed during the building process. An essential safety provision is any safety equipment required to be installed under relevant building and development laws, regulations, standards or codes. Completion of this form confirms that the installation of approved essential safety provisions complies with these requirements.

The certificate must be signed by either:

  • the person who installed the essential safety provision
  • the manager of the company responsible for the installation of the essential safety provision.
