Code of Practice on Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work - South Australia

Description

You may need to comply with this code if you are a person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) who has a primary duty of care to provide and maintain a work environment without risks to health and safety.

This code is a practical guide on how to prevent harm from psychosocial hazards at work, including psychological and physical harm. It provides information for PCBUs on how psychosocial hazards and risks can be controlled or managed and can be used to help decide what is reasonably practicable to eliminate or minimise risk.
