You are considered to carrying on business as a conveyancer if your business involves the preparation of conveyancing instruments for fee or reward.
A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.
You are entitled to be registered if you:
A person must, at all times when carrying on business as a conveyancer hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with an insurance provider approved by the Commissioner.
If a business operates as a partnership, each partner must hold a registration.
