Description

You will need this licence if you intend to keep and conduct an Employment Agents Office.

An employment agent is a person or business that:

A licence defines the need to obtain recognition / certification and registration to undertake a certain business activity.

To be eligible for this licence, you must:

be a fit and proper person
have the knowledge and experience in the industry
provide 2 character references for the agency manager
provide evidence of advertising your intention to apply for a licence in The Advertiser, 10 days before lodging your application
carry out their business at a registered premises
be familiar with the legislative requirements.
