You will need a permit if you intend to hold an event in a national park or reserve, such as:
- fishing and surfing competitions
- fundraising events
- product demonstration days
- bike / car racing
- orienteering
- bee keeping
- scientific experiments
- conducting activities for fee / reward.
You may apply for two types of permit:
- a single event permit to hold a one-off event in a national park or reserve in the space of 1 year
- a multiple event permit to hold events in national parks and reserves on a regular basis over the space of 1 year.
