Description

You will need this permit if you intend to carry out a specified fireworks display or specified series of fireworks displays in the course of a specified event.

This display must be conducted for public or community purposes by or on behalf of a prescribed body where it is not practicable to engage a licensed pyrotechnician, due to the distance that would need to be travelled.
