Exploration Permit for Petroleum (Offshore) - South Australia


This permit enables the holder to explore for petroleum within the 3 nautical mile State Territorial waters. If petroleum is discovered applicants will need to apply for a production licence to produce petroleum and a pipeline licence to convey petroleum.
