Gaming Machine Entitlement - South Australia

Description

You will need this entitlement if you are a gaming machine, special club or casino licence holder, and you intend to own and operate gaming machines at your venue. Each gaming machine at the venue requires an individual entitlement.

You may only apply for, purchase or sell a gaming machine entitlement during an approved trading round, or by agreement with the holder of the special club licence.

Gaming machine entitlements can only be purchased, sold or moved between gaming venues in three ways:

  • through the approved trading system / during a trading round
  • under a contractual agreement with the holder of the special club licence (Club One)
  • under an arrangement between licensed non-profit associations.
