To be eligible, you must hold or have applied to hold one of the following liquor licences:
- a general and hotel liquor licence
- a club liquor licence
- an on premises liquor licence (only if the nature of the business is similar to a licensed club and the premises is a major sporting venue or sporting code headquarters).
You will need to have persons within your business who hold a position of authority (director, manager, shareholder etc.) approved as part of your application. These persons must complete and lodge a personal identification declaration with the application.
