To be eligible for this licence, you must have sufficient physical, financial and technical resources.
You will also need to have the people within your business who hold positions of authority (e.g. director, manager, shareholder) approved as part of your application. These people, as well as those approved as a gaming technician, must complete and lodge a personal identification declaration.
You must notify the agency of a new gaming manager or gaming employee through the Barring and Online Employee Notification (BOEN) system before that employee begins work.
