You must have this licence to sell liquor for consumption on or off your premises.
Licence holders are authorised to sell liquor:
- by direct sales transactions, such as online or by mail order
- for consumption on the premises
- to a resident of the premises for consumption on the premises or for takeaway at any time
- for consumption off the premises on any day between hours specified by you on application and subject to the conditions of your licence (these hours must not exceed 13 hours between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm on any day)
- by direct sales transactions at any time on any day, but an order may only be delivered in South Australia between 08:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Optional additions to this licence are:
- notification to sell liquor from a bottle shop or drive-through premises
- extension of trading area
- consent to host prescribed entertainment at your venue.
If you want gaming machines at your premises you must also apply for a gaming machine licence.
