- late night entry onto premises
- the use of glassware
- the use of metal detectors
- the use of CCTV
- the supply of beverages that may promote rapid or excessive consumption.
The code requires licensees to have a risk assessment and management plan for their licensed premises and implement reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the code.
