Legal Deposit - South Australia

Description

You will need to make a legal deposit if you are a publisher and intend to publish and issue a work within South Australia. This requires you to deposit a copy of all of your publications, including every issue of a periodical or newspaper, to the State Library of South Australia.

You will need to supply the following organisations with at least one copy of your publication:

  • the State Library of South Australia
  • the Parliamentary Library of South Australia.

Deposited works may be electronic or physical copies. You must also supply the National Library of Australia with at least one other copy of your publication.
