To be eligible for this licence, you must:
- be a fit and proper person
- demonstrate you have sufficient knowledge and experience (if you intend to be the manager of the employment agent business).
Where you will not be directly involved in the management of the proposed employment agent business, the business conducted in pursuance of the licence must be under the personal supervision of a natural person who is a resident of South Australia.
